Hotel Plumber — Convention & Business Hotel

Responsibilities

• Maintain all hotel plumbing: guest rooms, multiple restaurant and banquet kitchen outlets, event catering preparation areas, public bathrooms at convention scale
• Manage grease traps across multiple commercial kitchen outlets — convention hotels with several restaurants generate significant grease volume
• Handle rainy-season drainage management — pre-season roof drain clearing and sump pump testing before June onset
• Service industrial dishwasher connections across high-volume banquet kitchen operations
• Maintain large-scale domestic hot water system supporting high simultaneous demand during peak convention occupancy
• Respond to kitchen drain emergencies during convention food service with priority response

Requirements

• Commercial plumbing experience; convention or large hotel environment preferred
• Grease trap maintenance and commercial kitchen drain expertise
• Rainy-season preparedness orientation
• Rotating shift availability around convention calendar
