Plumber — Colonial Hotel & Spa

Responsibilities

• Maintain plumbing in a converted colonial property: original courtyard fountain system, guest bathrooms, spa area, restaurant kitchen
• Service spa plumbing: jacuzzi jets, steam room water supply and drain, hydrotherapy shower connections
• Navigate old-building plumbing challenges: embedded pipe runs, non-standard junction access, mixed-era pipe materials
• Maintain the property's central courtyard fountain — a key architectural feature requiring clean, consistent water flow
• Handle seasonal drainage loads during Guadalajara's June–September rainy season
• Coordinate with external specialists for major pipe replacement projects

Requirements

• Plumbing experience; old building or spa facility experience valuable
• Jacuzzi and steam system plumbing knowledge
• Methodical approach for working in historic building structures
• Reliability and professional presentation for boutique property
