Hotel Plumber — Luxury Resort

Responsibilities

• Maintain all plumbing across a five-star resort to luxury finish standard — every visible fixture must be in perfect condition
• Manage water treatment infrastructure: softening systems, scale inhibitors, filtration — critical given Los Cabos' extreme water hardness
• Service and descale boilers and water heaters on scheduled basis — mineral buildup in Los Cabos water is rapid without consistent descaling
• Maintain pool and spa plumbing: jacuzzis, infinity pool perimeter drains, water features, outdoor showers
• Repair and replace fixtures to luxury specification — fixture quality in Los Cabos resorts is significantly higher than standard hotel stock
• Manage parts inventory with attention to lead times from mainland Mexico — Los Cabos is geographically isolated and specialty plumbing parts may take 48–72 hours to arrive

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years hotel plumbing; luxury resort experience preferred
• Water treatment and descaling expertise — essential for Los Cabos
• Attention to luxury finish detail — repairs must be invisible
• Flexibility for rotating shifts
