Luxury villa compound in Los Cabos. Each villa is essentially a small luxury home — plumbing scope is residential-grade at resort scale.
About the role
Plumbing in a private villa compound is intimate work. When you're the plumber who maintains a villa where guests pay USD 3,000 a night, your work is the infrastructure of their experience. The outdoor shower working at perfect pressure as the sun sets over the Pacific — that moment, which the guest will probably post to social media — started with someone maintaining the shower valve at the right spec.
