Hotel Plumber — High-Rise Business Hotel

Responsibilities

• Maintain plumbing across a 25+ floor hotel tower: pressure zone management, riser inspection, floor-by-floor fixture maintenance
• Manage pressure reducing valve (PRV) infrastructure — high-rise water pressure zoning requires PRVs at each pressure zone break; regular calibration and service essential
• Conduct quarterly post-settling inspection of embedded pipe joints — CDMX building settlement is ongoing and joints in embedded pipework require regular monitoring
• Execute post-seismic plumbing inspection checklist following any tremor above 4.5 — rapid assessment of water supply integrity and drainage continuity
• Service commercial kitchen plumbing across restaurant and banquet facilities
• Maintain fire suppression system plumbing in coordination with external fire system contractor

Requirements

• Plumbing experience in high-rise or multi-story commercial buildings
• Pressure zone management and PRV maintenance knowledge
• Post-seismic inspection protocol awareness — CDMX-specific skill
• Professional presentation for business hotel environment
