Work environment
Colonial boutique hotel in Oaxaca's historic center. Small-team plumbing environment in a UNESCO World Heritage city where buildings matter as much as the services within them.
About the role
In Oaxaca's boutique hotels, the plumber who keeps the courtyard fountain running and the kitchen drain clear is enabling the entire guest experience. The building is what the guests came to stay in — the plumbing's job is to be completely invisible, so that the beauty of the colonial architecture is all anyone notices.
