Work environment

Small boutique hotel group across PV's hillside neighborhoods. Multi-property role in PV's most atmospheric and architecturally distinctive zones.

About the role

PV's hillside boutiques sit in buildings where the plumbing was installed by someone who is long retired, in a building that has been renovated three times since, with pipe runs that were creative solutions to difficult geometry rather than textbook designs. Understanding those systems — learning their logic, tracing their quirks — is the kind of knowledge that makes you genuinely irreplaceable to the property that relies on it.
