About the role

A resort's pool is one of its most photographed and reviewed features. Guests share pool photos on social media, mention the pool in reviews, and choose hotels partly based on it. The pool technician who maintains water that's crystal clear, chemistry that's perfectly balanced, and surfaces that are visually immaculate is directly supporting the property's most visible asset.
