Responsibilities
- Lead pool team of 2–3 technicians across a multi-pool complex
- Manage automated chemical dosing systems (ORP/pH controllers): calibration, probe replacement, dosing pump maintenance
- Oversee salt chlorination systems where installed: cell cleaning, salt level management, electrolysis cell performance monitoring
- Manage pool mechanical rooms: pump sequencing, variable speed drive operation, energy optimization in pool circulation
- Coordinate with pool contractor on major equipment repairs or replacements
- Prepare weekly water quality reports for health and safety documentation; maintain Cofepris-compliant records
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years pool maintenance; supervisory experience preferred
- Automated chemical dosing and salt chlorination system expertise
- Pool mechanical room operation competency
- Water quality documentation and compliance management
