Senior Pool Technician — Multi-Pool Complex

Fixed monthly + bono trimestral

Responsibilities

  • Lead pool team of 2–3 technicians across a multi-pool complex
  • Manage automated chemical dosing systems (ORP/pH controllers): calibration, probe replacement, dosing pump maintenance
  • Oversee salt chlorination systems where installed: cell cleaning, salt level management, electrolysis cell performance monitoring
  • Manage pool mechanical rooms: pump sequencing, variable speed drive operation, energy optimization in pool circulation
  • Coordinate with pool contractor on major equipment repairs or replacements
  • Prepare weekly water quality reports for health and safety documentation; maintain Cofepris-compliant records

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years pool maintenance; supervisory experience preferred
  • Automated chemical dosing and salt chlorination system expertise
  • Pool mechanical room operation competency
  • Water quality documentation and compliance management
