Pool Technician — Luxury Resort

Responsibilities

• Maintain resort pools to luxury specification: daily water quality testing with enhanced mineral management for hard Baja California water
• Manage infinity pool systems: balance tank maintenance, overflow weir cleaning, surge compensation — technically distinct from standard pool operation
• Service salt chlorination systems and monitor electrolysis performance in hard water conditions — Los Cabos water requires cell cleaning more frequently than soft-water markets
• Apply consistent scale-inhibitor program to all pool water treatment — mineral scale on pool tile and fixtures is a major cosmetic risk given local water hardness
• Maintain pool heating systems for winter season and early morning comfort
• Coordinate enhanced UV-compensated chemical dosing schedule — Baja's UV index is extremely high and depletes chlorine faster than most other regions

Requirements

• Pool maintenance experience; infinity pool or luxury resort pool experience strongly preferred
• Hard-water pool chemistry management knowledge
• Salt chlorination system competency
• EC-level pool water quality testing accuracy
