Pool Technician — Villa & Private Pool Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain individual villa private pools: daily chemistry management, filtration, surface cleaning, heating system management
• Execute villa pool turnover protocol: full chemistry rebalancing, visual inspection of all surfaces and fixtures, lighting check, waterfall or feature cleaning before each guest arrival
• Manage private jacuzzi maintenance within villa settings: jet pressure, water chemistry, cover maintenance
• Handle hard water scale management across all villa pool surfaces — consistent application of scale inhibitor and periodic acid washing required
• Service automated pool cleaner robots: brush replacement, drive belt inspection, filter cleaning
• Maintain pool equipment rooms within villa compounds: pump seals, filter cartridges, chemical dosing pump calibration

Requirements

• Pool maintenance experience; villa or luxury residential pool environment preferred
• Professional discretion for working in occupied luxury villa settings
• Hard-water specialty knowledge
• Organized and systematic for multi-villa property coverage
