Colonial boutique hotel in Mérida plus hacienda hotel outside the city. Pool maintenance across two distinct historic property settings in the Yucatán's extreme climate.
About the role
In Mérida's July heat, the hotel pool is not an amenity — it's the reason guests stay in the hotel. When a guest arrives from a morning at the Anthropology Museum at 1 p.m. in 43°C heat and slides into a pool that's crystal clear and perfectly maintained, the pool technician has delivered exactly what that guest needed most. That is the entire purpose of the role.
