Responsibilities
- Supervise pool maintenance across 3–4 boutique properties in the Playa del Carmen area
- Develop and maintain pool chemical dosing schedules for each property's specific pool type and bather load
- Train and supervise 2–3 junior pool technicians across the property group
- Manage pool chemical procurement: supplier relationships, stock levels, cost tracking
- Ensure Cofepris and NOM-245 compliance across all properties; maintain documentation for regulatory inspection
- Coordinate with property managers on pool renovation, equipment replacement, and capital planning
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years pool maintenance; supervisory experience
- Multi-property coordination capability
- Regulatory compliance management (Cofepris, NOM-245)
- Team leadership and training ability
