Pool Technician — Resort Complex

Responsibilities

• Maintain all resort pools: daily water quality testing and chemical dosing, filtration system operation, surface and tile cleaning
• Manage salt chlorination systems common in adults-only Riviera Maya properties — cell cleaning, salt level maintenance, electrolysis output monitoring
• Service pool mechanical equipment: pumps, filters, automatic pool cleaners, underwater lighting
• Maintain pool decking and coping: tile repairs, deck surface maintenance, drain cleaning
• Ensure NOM-245-SSA1 compliance: anti-entrapment drain covers, depth signage, safety equipment placement
• Coordinate with lifeguard team on daily pool operations and safety protocols

Requirements

• Pool maintenance experience; Riviera Maya or Caribbean pool environment preferred
• Salt chlorination system competency
• Pool safety standards awareness (NOM-245)
• Physical fitness for pool deck and underwater maintenance work
