Pool Technician — Boutique Colonial & Events

Responsibilities

• Maintain boutique hotel pool: daily chemistry management at altitude, surface cleaning, equipment servicing
• Manage heated pool operation year-round — San Miguel evenings drop significantly even in summer; pool heating is a guest expectation in this market
• Service pool and spa water features for wedding events: additional chemical management before major events, pool lighting for evening wedding photography
• Maintain altitude-adjusted chemical dosing — pool evaporation and UV patterns at 1,870m differ from sea-level properties
• Service pool equipment: pump, filter, automated dosing, heating system
• Coordinate with event team on pool access and aesthetic presentation for weddings and photoshoots

Requirements

• Pool maintenance experience; heated pool and altitude operation awareness preferred
• Event coordination mindset — pool must be at aesthetic peak for wedding photography dates
• Reliable and organized for year-round heated pool management
• Professional presentation appropriate to luxury boutique property
