Pool Technician — Villa Resort

Responsibilities

• Maintain individual villa plunge pools across a villa resort: daily water chemistry testing and adjustment, filtration servicing, surface cleaning, underwater lighting
• Manage pool turnover protocol between guest stays — full pool inspection, chemical rebalancing, surface and fixture check before each villa arrival
• Service salt chlorination or mineral sanitization systems common in eco-conscious villa properties
• Maintain pool heating systems where installed — Tulum's December–February season can drop overnight temperatures, and heated plunge pools are a premium feature
• Handle pool equipment repairs: pump seal replacement, filter media, lighting seal integrity
• Coordinate with villa host/butler team on pool-related guest requests

Requirements

• Pool maintenance experience; villa or boutique property pool environment preferred
• Salt or mineral sanitization system knowledge
• Professional and discrete for direct guest interaction in occupied villa environments
• Detail-oriented for luxury-finish pool standard
