Reservations & RevenueReservations Supervisor & Revenue Analyst
Five-star hotel or boutique hotel group, CDMX
Mexico City
Fixed monthly + transport subsidy + performance bonus
Responsibilities
- Supervise the reservations team at a CDMX five-star property or boutique hotel group: manage a team of 3–8 agents, set quality and conversion standards, and report daily on booking pace, ADR trends, and channel mix performance to the Revenue Director
- Own the corporate account rate management: the CDMX hotel market's reliance on corporate accounts means that the accuracy and relationship quality of corporate rate management is a core supervisory responsibility — the supervisor manages the annual RFP process, rate renewals, and corporate account production tracking
- Coordinate the MICE group pipeline: CDMX receives conference groups, incentive travel programs, and corporate meetings year-round — the reservations supervisor tracks group pipeline from tentative to definite, manages room block status, and coordinates with the group sales team on contract terms
- Prepare and present weekly revenue performance reports: CDMX occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR tracking against budget and against the competitive set — the supervisor develops the analytical competency to identify the patterns behind the numbers and present insights rather than just data
- Train the agent team on corporate account management: CDMX corporate reservations requires specific knowledge of rate code structures, billing agreements, and the service protocol for high-value accounts — the supervisor develops this training program
- Manage the GDS and channel distribution performance with the Revenue Director

Work environment
Reservations supervisor and revenue analyst at a CDMX five-star hotel. Team leadership, corporate account management, MICE pipeline coordination, and revenue performance reporting in Latin America's most commercially complex urban hotel market.
About the role
The CDMX reservations supervisor who presents the Monday morning pace report with a specific analysis of why Week 37 is tracking 11% behind budget — who traces it to three corporate accounts that reduced their travel in August due to project cycle lulls, who recommends a targeted leisure promotion for that period and a proactive call to the corporate accounts' travel managers to inquire about September pipeline — and whose recommendation produces a 14% occupancy improvement in Week 37 the following month — has demonstrated the analytical and commercial capability that puts them in the Revenue Director's office within three years. The data told the story. The supervisor read it.
