Responsibilities

  • Lead the e-commerce and digital marketing strategy for a CDMX luxury hotel or hotel group: the CDMX digital marketing environment is the most competitive in Mexico — managing paid search, social media, OTA content, and the direct booking channel requires sophisticated multi-channel marketing management
  • Execute the CDMX domestic luxury market digital strategy: Google Ads targeting affluent domestic Mexican travelers from Monterrey, Guadalajara, and Tijuana seeking CDMX hotel experiences; Meta Ads targeting the domestic weekend leisure segment; and the email marketing program for the domestic loyalty community
  • Manage the international cultural tourism digital acquisition: CDMX's growing reputation as a global culinary and cultural destination attracts international travelers researching via Google — the e-commerce manager develops the content SEO strategy and paid search acquisition program targeting US, European, and Latin American source markets
  • Coordinate the property's MICE event marketing digital program: CDMX conference and incentive groups are often researched online by meeting planners — the e-commerce manager manages the hotel's conference facilities digital content, lead generation forms, and the inquiry-to-confirmed-booking conversion tracking
  • Lead the OTA ranking optimization program: the CDMX competitive hotel market means that OTA ranking position directly affects non-direct booking revenue — the manager maintains content completeness, photo rotation, and review response quality that support strong OTA ranking
  • Develop and report on the complete digital marketing performance dashboard: cost per acquisition by channel, direct booking percentage trend, OTA channel mix, and email marketing conversion — monthly reporting to the Director of Sales and Marketing and General Manager

Requirements

  • E-commerce and digital marketing management experience; luxury hotel or comparable premium brand preferred
  • Google Ads and Meta Ads management at a significant budget level
  • OTA content management and ranking optimization
  • Content SEO fundamentals for hotel and destination marketing
  • Spanish and English bilingual; additional language preferred
