Work environment

Revenue Manager at a CDMX five-star hotel. Full revenue management ownership with corporate RFP leadership, channel distribution management, and team leadership in Latin America's most analytically demanding urban hotel revenue environment.

About the role

The CDMX Revenue Manager who sits in the Monday morning strategy meeting with the General Manager — who presents a 45-day forward pace showing that the property is tracking 4% above budget on occupancy but 2% below on ADR, who recommends holding the Saturday leisure rate rather than discounting to chase the last 8 rooms, who argues that the competitive set's Friday softness will drive demand to Saturday anyway — and who is right — has made a judgment call that a machine can model but only a person can own. The Revenue Manager's value is not the spreadsheet. It's the commercial judgment they exercise under uncertainty, with conviction, in the room where the decision is made.
