About the role
The trusted curator of Baja luxury. The Los Cabos resort guest who is looking for a meaningful gift — who asks the boutique associate "what's something genuinely from this place that I won't find anywhere else?" — and receives a thoughtful recommendation for a piece of hand-cast silver with blue topaz from a Baja artisan whose family has been working the same vein of stone for three generations — has been served at the level that justifies a luxury boutique's price points. That recommendation comes from the associate who actually knows the product.
