Cultural artisan shop in CDMX. High-knowledge retail environment — the most intellectually engaged retail context in Mexican tourism.

About the role

The living encyclopedia of Mexican craft. The CDMX cultural artisan shop associate who can identify the region of origin of a textile from its weave pattern, who knows the difference between Oaxacan and Chiapas amber by color and inclusion type, who can explain why genuine Guerrero silver is heavier and has a different patina than factory pieces — has developed expertise that is rare, genuinely valued, and the reason culturally serious tourists seek this shop over every other option in the city.
