Work environment
Resort gift shop or boutique in Puerto Vallarta. Repeat-visitor retail culture — guests return to the same shop and the same associate across multiple annual visits, creating genuinely lasting professional relationships.
About the role
The retail associate that returning guests visit by name. The Puerto Vallarta retail associate whose regular guests — the couple from Phoenix who comes every February — walk into the shop on arrival day saying "we came to see what's new" — has built a professional relationship that transcends retail. That loyalty is worth more than any advertising, and it is built entirely through the quality of the human connection the associate provides.
