Senior Closer / Sales Team Lead — Luxury Product

Responsibilities

• Serve as Senior Closer for the luxury product sales floor: responsible for TO on tours of the highest-qualified prospects — couples whose income profile and vacation pattern qualify them for the luxury membership tier
• Distinguish luxury TO technique from volume TO technique: at a luxury product price point, pressure and urgency tactics produce cancellations, not sales — the luxury Closer reframes from authority and additional value rather than from time pressure
• Lead the sales team as the floor's most senior production specialist: run morning briefings, conduct post-tour debriefs, monitor floor energy throughout the day
• Mentor junior Closers: identify candidates from the executive ranks who have TO potential and begin developing them through observed practice
• Manage complex objections specific to the luxury market: existing ownership, legal review requests, and investment comparison questions are the most common luxury Closer challenges — each requires a specific, non-pressured response
• Coordinate with the OPC team on prospect quality for luxury tours: the luxury Closer's feedback shapes how the OPC team qualifies the top tier of prospects

Requirements

• 4+ years consistent production with at least 2 years as a Closer in a luxury or premium vacation club environment
• Luxury-specific closing technique — verified close rate at premium product pricing
• Team leadership and training capability
• Professional presence appropriate for a luxury guest environment
