Senior Closer / Floor Lead — Los Cabos Portfolio

Responsibilities

• Lead all Closer functions across the Los Cabos portfolio's full product range: from entry-level vacation club membership through ultra-luxury and fractional — each product requires a different closing approach and the Floor Lead must manage all of them
• Mentor and develop 1–2 junior Closers from the senior Sales Executive ranks: identify candidates who have the emotional profile for TO work, observe them in live TO environments, and provide structured development until they can operate independently
• Coordinate the daily TO rotation: maintain awareness of all live presentations on the floor, know which executives are most likely to call for a TO and which rooms are at which stage, and position Closer coverage efficiently
• Manage escalated product adjustments: the Floor Lead has the highest authorization level for product adjustments and can offer accommodations that neither the junior Closer nor the Sales Executive can authorize
• Report quarterly to the Sales Director on floor production, Closer development, and product tier performance
• Contribute to product strategy meetings: the Floor Lead's direct knowledge of which objection types are most common per product tier is one of the most valuable inputs to product development decisions

Requirements

• 6+ years vacation club career spanning Sales Executive, Closer, and team development
• Full product knowledge across the Los Cabos portfolio
• Demonstrated success in developing junior Closers from zero TO experience to independent production
• Highest-tier emotional and interpersonal competency for ultra-luxury guest interaction
• English native-equivalent fluency; Spanish fluency; additional languages valued
