Cancún

MXN 9,000 – 150 / monthFull-time, permanent

Base salary + per-tour commission + monthly bonus for tour quality

Responsibilities

  • Approach guests at luxury resort pool decks, beach clubs, and restaurants in an ambassador-style — refined presentation, conversation-first, no aggressive pitch
  • Qualify luxury-tier guests: minimum household income threshold is higher at luxury properties; OPC must gauge financial profile and vacation purpose accurately before extending a presentation invitation

  • Maintain guest relationship log: track which guests have been contacted to avoid repeat approaches that damage guest experience
  • Report daily tour count and qualification rate to the OPC supervisor
  • Coordinate with hotel concierge team to identify high-profile or repeat guests who may be strong vacation club prospects

Requirements

  • Experience in luxury hospitality or premium sales preferred

Benefits

  • IMSS, aguinaldo, paid vacation + premium
  • Higher per-tour commission rate reflecting luxury product
  • Monthly quality bonus for presentation-to-sale conversion rate
  • Resort dining allowance during shift
  • Uniform (luxury guest-facing presentation)

Work environment

Five-star or luxury boutique resort. Refined OPC role where relationship quality and presentation approach are as important as tour volume.

About the role

At a luxury resort, the OPC who approaches a guest at the pool bar isn't just booking a tour — they're the first impression of the vacation club brand. The guests who sit down at the presentation at 10am didn't just agree to 90 minutes; they felt comfortable enough with the person who invited them to spend part of their vacation in a sales room. That comfort starts with the OPC's manner, and luxury commission rates reflect how rare that skill is to find.
