OPC — Off-Site Street & Activity Zone

Responsibilities

• Work off-site at designated OPC points in downtown Cancún, shopping areas, or tourist activity hubs rather than inside a resort property
• Approach tourists actively sightseeing, shopping, or dining with a friendly invitation to visit the vacation club presentation in exchange for a gift
• Qualify walk-up contacts on the spot: confirm couple status, vacation dates, income qualification, and time availability for a 90-minute presentation at the club location
• Arrange transportation to the club if required: off-site OPC often needs to coordinate transportation for qualified guests
• Meet daily tour count targets set by the OPC team lead; track on daily sign-in sheet
• Maintain professional appearance and regulated conduct in public areas — off-site OPC behavior reflects on the vacation club's license to operate in the zone

Requirements

• High-energy and persistent — off-site OPC involves more rejection than resort-based positions
• English conversational level; Spanish native or fluent
• Honesty in gift presentation — guests must understand the 90-minute presentation commitment clearly
• Experience in street-level sales or direct contact work preferred
