Responsibilities

• Welcome guests arriving at the vacation club welcome center for their pre-booked presentation tour
• Verify qualification status and confirm presentation schedule with the sales team
• Administer the gift offering for guests who complete the presentation: dinner reservation, excursion booking, or spa credit — coordinate with concierge team for smooth redemption
• Brief arriving guests on the presentation format — 90–120 minutes, no obligation purchase — in a manner that reduces anxiety and increases attentiveness during the sales process
• Manage walk-in contacts who arrive at the club without a pre-booked tour: qualify and route to the next available sales executive if criteria are met
• End-of-day tour log and gift redemption documentation for operations report

Requirements

• Guest services or hospitality reception experience
• Professional hosting ability in a luxury guest environment
• Administrative competency for tour scheduling and gift documentation
• Bilingual English/Spanish

About the role

The in-house OPC who creates a genuinely welcoming arrival experience for a couple who shows up half-skeptical about why they agreed to this has already improved the sales room's chances before the sales executive says a word. The tour conversion rate is not determined by what happens in the sales presentation alone — the quality of how guests are received at the door contributes to whether they're open to listening when they sit down.
