Senior OPC / Guest Contact Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead OPC team across 2–3 Los Cabos vacation club properties: set daily and weekly tour targets, manage zone assignments, brief team each morning on prospect focus and gift offers
• Maintain personal OPC production: team lead role is active, not administrative — continuing to generate tours while managing the team is the standard
• Coach and develop OPC team members: conduct weekly one-on-ones, roleplay approach scenarios, and help struggling team members rebuild tour flow
• Manage OPC quality score program: track tour conversion rate by team member; identify patterned misqualification and address with coaching
• Coordinate with sales management on tour quality standards and any changes to the qualification criteria
• Report weekly to OPC manager: team tour count, conversion rate, gift redemption summary, and team composition update

Requirements

• 3+ years Los Cabos or luxury market OPC experience with consistent production above quota
• Team leadership and coaching ability in a commission-driven environment
• Understanding of Los Cabos vacation club product economics and qualification thresholds
• Track record of both personal production and team development
