In-House OPC / Tour Coordination Concierge

Responsibilities

• Receive pre-booked guests arriving at vacation club welcome center from the field OPC team
• Confirm qualification and presentation slot with sales team; manage queue when multiple tours arrive simultaneously
• Issue gift documentation and coordinate gift redemption through concierge
• Brief arriving guests on the experience: reduce anxiety by explaining the format honestly and professionally
• Handle qualification queries: when field OPC has sent a guest who doesn't meet all criteria, liaise with sales supervisor on whether to proceed or redirect the guest
• Maintain daily tour log and submit to operations for gift redemption accounting

Requirements

• Hospitality reception or concierge experience
• Professional, calm hosting manner with guests who may be uncertain about attending
• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Administrative organization for tour scheduling and gift documentation
