OPC — Beach Club & Resort Grounds

Responsibilities

• Operate within beach club and resort grounds designated OPC zones: approach guests at loungers, poolside bars, and beach restaurant areas
• Build brief rapport before extending the invitation: beach club OPC has more time per contact than street OPC — invest 3–5 minutes in genuine conversation before introducing the offer
• Qualify for resort's specific demographic: Riviera Maya beach club guests are generally older, wealthier, and more receptive to vacation club discussions than young party tourists
• Coordinate with resort activities team on which guests have already been contacted or have pre-existing vacation club membership
• Book and confirm tour appointments: morning slots are highest-conversion; guide qualified guests toward morning booking where their schedule allows
• Manage daily booking record and submit to OPC supervisor at shift close

Requirements

• Comfortable in a beach club or resort environment, interacting with relaxed vacationers
• English fluency; Spanish native
• Rapport-building conversation style — beach club approach is warmer and slower than street OPC
• Reliability for outdoor work in Riviera Maya heat and humidity
