Work environment
Senior OPC leadership in the Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya corridor. Active production role combined with team development and performance management.
About the role
The team lead who coaches their struggling OPC on a Tuesday morning at the beach club — standing beside them, watching the approach, giving feedback between contacts — is doing more for their team's weekly tour count than any motivational speech in a Monday morning meeting. Field-based coaching is the only kind that changes OPC results.
