Sales & Vacation ClubOPC — Nuevo Vallarta & Riviera Nayarit Resort Corridor
Large-scale vacation club or resort development, Nuevo Vallarta — Riviera Nayarit
Puerto Vallarta
Base + per-tour commission + quality bonus
Responsibilities
- Operate across the Nuevo Vallarta and Riviera Nayarit resort corridor: this zone's properties include some of the largest vacation club operations in Mexico — the guest volume and property size require OPC team coordination to cover zones effectively
- Qualify for a resort-heavy demographic: Nuevo Vallarta guests are almost exclusively resort or all-inclusive hotel visitors; the qualification environment is cleaner than the mixed street environment of the Malecón
- Use the large resort all-inclusive environment to build brief relationship before approach: guests at a pool bar who have been there two days are warmer prospects than guests checking in
- Coordinate with the OPC team lead on zone rotation across the corridor's multiple properties
- Manage tour scheduling logistics: Nuevo Vallarta resort properties are spread across a longer stretch of coast than the Hotel Zone, requiring coordination on guest transportation to presentation venues
- Report tour quality and conversion data to OPC team lead weekly
Requirements
- OPC or resort direct-contact experience
- Physical comfort with extended outdoor shifts in a resort corridor environment
- English fluency with North American resort guest demographic
- Team coordination ability — Nuevo Vallarta OPC teams are larger than boutique operations
Benefits
- IMSS, aguinaldo, paid vacation + premium
- Per-tour commission
- Monthly quality bonus for tour conversion rate
- Meals during shift at resort property
- Transport between properties provided
Work environment
Large-scale resort corridor in Nuevo Vallarta / Riviera Nayarit. Higher-volume, team-coordinated OPC operation in one of Mexico's most rapidly growing coastal resort zones.
About the role
Nuevo Vallarta's resort corridor is where the volume is. Large all-inclusive operations, families and couples on week-long stays, high foot traffic between pool and beach. The OPC who learns the layout of the three or four properties their team covers — who knows which pool bar gets busy at what time, which shuttle stop is the best intercept point — has a structural advantage that no amount of natural social ability can fully replicate. The environment rewards local knowledge.
