Senior OPC / Team Lead — Banderas Bay Portfolio

Responsibilities

• Lead OPC team of 5–10 across the Banderas Bay vacation club corridor: assign zones across Hotel Zone, Nuevo Vallarta, and Riviera Nayarit; brief daily on tour targets and current incentive offers
• Maintain personal OPC production: team lead continues approaching guests and booking personal tours in addition to team management duties
• Conduct field coaching with underperforming team members: accompany struggling OPCs during their zone shifts, observe approach technique, give real-time feedback between contacts
• Manage the cruise ship calendar impact: brief team on high-ship-traffic days and adjust zone focus accordingly to maximize qualified contact ratio
• Track and report team performance: tour count, conversion rate per team member, gift redemption summary, and qualification accuracy
• Coordinate with sales team management on tour quality expectations: PVR's long-established vacation club market has experienced buyers who know the format; high misqualification affects sales floor morale and conversion

Requirements

• 3+ years OPC experience in the Puerto Vallarta or Banderas Bay market
• Active production track record — team lead must be an active producer, not a desk manager
• Team leadership and coaching skill in a commission-driven environment
• Understanding of PVR's repeat-visitor culture and how it affects qualification
