Sales & Vacation ClubVacation Club Sales Executive — All-Inclusive Resort Product
All-inclusive vacation club resort, Hotel Zone, Puerto Vallarta
Puerto Vallarta
Base + per-sale commission + monthly volume bonus
Responsibilities
- Receive OPC-generated tours from the Hotel Zone team: qualified couples arriving for a 90–110 minute presentation at the resort's sales facility
- Open with a relationship-building approach that acknowledges the Puerto Vallarta repeat-visitor dynamic: "How many times have you been to Puerto Vallarta?" is often the most productive opening question in this market
- Present the membership product with an emphasis on the PVR annual return value: the all-inclusive resort executive's strongest asset is the emotional attachment the guest already has to coming back to Puerto Vallarta — the membership formalizes a decision they've already made emotionally
- Handle the existing membership objection competently: a significant proportion of PVR vacation club prospects already own a membership elsewhere — the response to "we already have a timeshare" is a distinct conversation in Puerto Vallarta that requires specific technique
- Coordinate the TO appropriately: PVR's vacation club sales rooms use active TO programs; calling the right TO at the right moment in the presentation is a technique skill
- Debrief tour outcomes to the OPC team and sales supervisor
Requirements
- Sales or persuasion background; vacation club experience a strong advantage given the market's sophisticated buyer
- English fluency — the Hotel Zone's vacation club prospect is predominantly North American
- Ability to navigate the existing-member objection professionally
- Commission-driven motivation and psychological resilience
Benefits
- IMSS, aguinaldo, paid vacation + premium
- Base + per-sale commission (uncapped)
- Monthly volume bonus
- Resort dining access during shift
- Sales training focused on PVR market specifics
Work environment
All-inclusive vacation club sales room in the Puerto Vallarta Hotel Zone. Structured daily presentation schedule in a mature, well-established vacation club operation.
About the role
In Puerto Vallarta, the couple who says "we already have a timeshare" is telling you something important about who they are. They bought a vacation club membership before. They believed in the concept enough to sign. Something about that experience was good enough that they're still coming to Mexico for their vacation — and something may not have been good enough that they're still sitting in another presentation eight years later. That conversation, handled with genuine curiosity rather than defensive deflection, is often where the sale is.
