Work environment

Resort loss prevention operations across property — combination of CCTV monitoring station and floor-level plain-clothes observation. More investigative and analytical than patrol guard duties.

About the role

The professional who protects the property's assets invisibly. Loss prevention at a Cancún large resort is not confrontation — it is observation, analysis, and quiet intervention. The officer who identifies a pattern of minibar theft across 12 guest rooms over 3 days, who correlates it with specific housekeeping shift coverage, who presents a structured evidence report to management — has done investigative work with real commercial impact. That analytical approach is what separates a professional loss prevention officer from a uniformed guard.
