Hotel Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control hotel access — main entrance, parking structures, service zones, conference areas
• Conduct scheduled patrols across property and parking facilities
• Manage MICE event security — structured access control for conference delegates, exhibition areas, VIP speaker management
• Respond to guest incidents with professional composure
• Operate CCTV and access control systems
• Coordinate with Expo Guadalajara and convention center security on shared events
• Maintain incident log and produce reports for hotel management

Requirements

• STASPE certification
• Clean background record
• Physical fitness for active patrol duty
