Loss Prevention & Security Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise security team across property — shift management, patrol scheduling, incident response coordination
• Lead loss prevention operations — CCTV monitoring, internal investigation, evidence documentation
• Coordinate VIP security logistics — liaise with personal security details of high-profile guests
• Manage security vendor relationships and equipment maintenance
• Train security team on luxury service standards — composure, discretion, guest interaction protocols
• Produce security incident reports and monthly security assessment for resort GM
• Coordinate with local law enforcement and federal tourism security programs

Requirements

• STASPE certification with supervisory experience
• Previous leadership role in security or loss prevention
• Professional English
• Absolute discretion — supervisor-level access to sensitive guest information
• Leadership composure and authority
