Luxury Resort Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor ultra-luxury resort property — villas, private beach, pool areas, access roads, service zones
• Manage VIP arrival security coordination — elevated protocols for high-profile guests, coordination with personal security details
• Control resort perimeter access — vehicle entry management, visitor screening, vendor access control
• Operate advanced security systems — CCTV monitoring, access control platforms, alarm management
• Respond to incidents with the composure and discretion ultra-luxury demands — no visible escalation in guest areas
• Coordinate with resort management and external security contractors on special event security requirements
• Maintain daily incident log and security reports

Requirements

• STASPE certification
• Clean background record
• Professional English — VIP security coordination often involves direct communication with English-speaking guests and personal security details
• Physical fitness for active patrol in Baja heat
• Absolute professional discretion — ultra-luxury property security requires complete confidentiality about guest identity and movements
• Previous security experience in luxury environment preferred
