Hotel Security Officer

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control five-star hotel access — main entrance, underground parking, service entrances, executive floor access
• Conduct scheduled patrols across property — lobby, corridors, parking structures, rooftop, service areas
• Manage VIP arrival security protocols — elevated access control, coordination with personal security details and federal security agencies
• Operate advanced CCTV and access control systems
• Respond to incidents with professional composure and discretion — CDMX luxury hotel incidents often involve high-profile individuals
• Liaise with Secretaría de Seguridad and federal police when required for high-profile guest protection
• Maintain detailed incident documentation

Requirements

• STASPE certification — federal certification required for luxury hotel security in CDMX
• Clean background record with possible security clearance check for executive floor access
• Professional English — CDMX five-star hotels host significant international diplomatic and corporate guests
• Composed professional judgment in complex urban security environment
• Physical fitness for active patrol duty
• Experience with access control and CCTV systems preferred
