Work environment

Loss prevention management in a large CDMX luxury hotel. Supervisory role combining analytical investigation with team leadership and senior management reporting.

About the role

The investigator who protects the hotel's commercial integrity. A large CDMX luxury hotel processes millions of pesos in food and beverage, minibar, spa, and retail inventory daily. The loss prevention supervisor who identifies and closes a systematic pilferage operation — who presents a documented case to HR, who closes a theft channel that was costing MXN 80,000 per month — has delivered a commercial outcome with a measurable number attached to it. That is the difference between security as a cost center and loss prevention as a revenue protection function.
