Work environment
Boutique hotel security in Oaxaca City. Intimate colonial property environment — smaller scale, closer guest relationships, more culturally engaged than resort security.
About the role
The guardian who feels like part of the family. The Oaxacan boutique hotel where a solo female traveler from France can walk into the courtyard at midnight after a late temazcal ceremony and feel completely safe — where the security officer nods quietly and goes back to his rounds — has achieved something that large resort security cannot: genuine personal safety in an intimate, human environment.
