Work environment

Resort spa esthetic treatment room in Cancún Hotel Zone. High-volume professional environment — the esthetician may deliver 6–8 facial and body treatments per shift during peak season.

About the role

The skin specialist for the sun-exposed traveler. The Cancún resort guest who has spent three days at the beach in Caribbean sun — and whose skin is showing the dehydration, inflammation, and UV stress of that exposure — arrives at the spa facial appointment as a person with a genuine skin problem. The esthetician who conducts a real skin analysis, selects a treatment that addresses what they're actually seeing rather than defaulting to the standard facial, and sends the guest away with specific product recommendations for their skin type and climate — has delivered genuinely professional skincare, not just a spa experience.
