Luxury Facial & Skin Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury facial treatments — anti-aging, brightening, hydrating, customized advanced facials using premium skincare product lines (La Mer, ESPA, Omorovicza, or equivalent)
• Apply Baja-inspired skin treatments — Sea of Cortés mineral facial, desert botanical brightening treatment, Baja honey and agave enzyme peel
• Conduct skin analysis at luxury clinical level — detailed Fitzpatrick assessment, treatment contraindication screening, long-term skin program planning
• Advise on homecare routine with genuine clinical knowledge — luxury resort spa guests frequently invest in recommended skincare products
• Execute body treatment protocols — exfoliation, marine mineral wraps, hydration treatments
• Meet the presentation and technical standard required by ultra-luxury resort spa context

Requirements

• Certified esthetician with 2+ years professional experience
• Advanced facial technique and skin analysis proficiency
• Knowledge of luxury product lines — treatment delivery with premium products requires product-specific technique knowledge
• Professional English — Los Cabos spa guests are almost exclusively North American
• Polished professional presentation appropriate for ultra-luxury context
