Responsibilities

• Build and maintain regular beauty therapy clientele in Mérida's North American expat community
• Deliver ongoing facial programs — anti-aging, hydration, pigmentation correction for mature tropical-climate skin
• Provide regular waxing, eyebrow, and lash services for a loyal weekly/bi-weekly clientele
• Advise on sun damage prevention and repair — Mérida's Yucatán sun exposure is intense and year-round
• Coordinate occasion beauty — event makeup, wedding beauty for the expat community's social calendar
• Develop homecare programs for clients managing specific skin conditions

Requirements

• Certified esthetician with 1+ year professional experience
• Mature skin and tropical sun damage expertise — Mérida's expat demographic skews 50+
• Professional English
• Reliable, relationship-oriented professional approach — expat community beauty clients prioritize consistency and trust
