Clinical Esthetician — Medical Spa

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical-grade esthetic treatments — medical-grade peels (TCA, glycolic, salicylic), microdermabrasion, LED phototherapy, microneedling preparation and post-procedure care
• Work under dermatologist or medical director supervision — clinical esthetics requires medical oversight in Mexico
• Conduct detailed skin analysis with clinical documentation — before/after photography, treatment tracking
• Coordinate with dermatologist on combined medical and esthetic treatment planning
• Apply post-procedure skincare protocols — post-laser care, post-peel healing programs, surgical recovery skincare
• Manage ongoing client skin programs — monthly treatment sequences with documented outcomes

Requirements

• Certified esthetician with clinical esthetics training
• Medical-grade treatment knowledge — chemical peels, microdermabrasion, LED protocols
• Clinical documentation and photography skills
• Ability to work under medical supervision
• Professional English for international medical spa clientele
• Meticulous, precise, safety-first approach — clinical esthetic errors have medical consequences
