Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury facial treatments — advanced facials using premium international product lines (La Mer, ESPA, Darphin, or equivalent)
• Execute signature CDMX treatments — obsidian stone facial, maguey hydration treatment, chocolate antioxidant facial, nopal cactus soothing treatment
• Conduct clinical-level skin analysis — Fitzpatrick classification, condition assessment, personalized treatment planning for hotel spa members with ongoing skin programs
• Deliver body treatments — luxury exfoliation, mineral wraps, hydrotherapy-adjacent body protocols
• Provide beauty services — waxing, eyebrow shaping and tinting
• Make clinically grounded retail recommendations — CDMX luxury spa retail generates significant revenue per esthetic treatment

Requirements

• Certified esthetician with 2+ years professional experience
• Advanced facial technique and skin analysis proficiency
• Luxury product line knowledge
• Professional English — five-star CDMX hotel spa serves substantial international business travel clientele
• Polished professional presentation appropriate for Polanco luxury context
• Absolute discretion with high-profile clientele
