Responsibilities

• Deliver full facial treatment menu — cleansing, hydration, brightening, anti-aging, post-sun recovery
• Apply PV-inspired signature skin treatments — Pacific botanical facial, Jalisco agave enzyme peel, volcanic mineral treatment
• Conduct skin consultation and analysis — PV guests range from pale North American first-timers to year-round sun-exposed regulars with distinct skin profiles
• Deliver waxing and hair removal services
• Execute body treatment protocols — exfoliation, ocean mineral wraps
• Build long-term client relationships with PV's return visitor base — repeat guests often rebook with the same esthetician across seasons

Requirements

• Certified esthetician with 1+ year professional experience
• Tropical and sun-exposed skin expertise — PV's climate creates specific consistent skin conditions
• Professional English — resort spa clientele is predominantly North American
• Warm, relationship-building approach — PV's repeat visitor market rewards genuine personal connection
• Retail product knowledge and recommendation confidence
