Responsibilities

• Deliver luxury facial treatments — advanced facials, anti-aging protocols, brightening, hydration using clean or luxury product lines
• Apply Bajío-inspired signature treatments — Guanajuato mineral water facial, highland botanical wrap, SMA obsidian and volcanic stone skin treatment, Bajío honey and maguey enzyme peel
• Note altitude effects in skin consultation — 1,870m altitude causes increased UV exposure and low humidity; skin dehydration and sensitivity are heightened in new arrivals
• Deliver bridal beauty preparation for SMA's significant destination wedding market — pre-wedding facial protocol, wedding morning skin preparation
• Provide waxing and hair removal services
• Build expat community clientele through quality and word-of-mouth referral

Requirements

• Certified esthetician with 2+ years professional experience
• Altitude and highland climate skincare knowledge — a distinguishing professional detail in SMA
• Bridal and occasion esthetics experience — SMA's wedding market is a significant revenue driver
• Professional English — SMA's spa clientele is predominantly North American
• Polished, sophisticated presentation appropriate for design-conscious luxury market
