Lash & Brow Artist — Eco Beauty Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver lash extension services — classic, hybrid, and volume lash applications; Tulum's lash market favors a natural-looking, clean aesthetic over heavy volume styles
• Provide brow lamination, tinting, and shaping — "clean girl" aesthetic strongly preferred in Tulum's visual culture
• Apply organic and skin-safe adhesives and products wherever possible — Tulum's eco-beauty clients ask about product safety
• Build regular clientele among Tulum's wellness community and long-stay visitors
• Deliver pre-shoot and editorial beauty for Tulum's significant content creator and digital nomad market
• Coordinate with eco-property on sustainability of products used

Requirements

• Certified lash artist with 1+ year professional experience
• Clean, natural aesthetic execution — Tulum's visual culture is specific; heavy, dramatic lashes are generally not preferred
• Organic and skin-safe product knowledge
• Strong English
• Social media visual awareness — many clients are content creators whose work appearance matters professionally
