Responsibilities

• Deliver organic and natural facial treatments — clean beauty product lines only (Tata Harper, Nuori, RMS, or equivalent; no synthetic fragrance, no parabens, no petrochemicals)
• Apply Mayan botanical skin treatments — copal resin brightening, chaya leaf anti-inflammatory facial, papaya and pineapple enzyme treatment, cenote mineral hydration
• Conduct skin consultation with clean beauty framework — assess skin condition, identify triggers, recommend organic homecare routine
• Deliver body treatments using natural and eco-certified products — salt scrubs, clay masks, plant oil wraps
• Educate clients on ingredient literacy — Tulum's clientele asks specific ingredient questions and expects honest answers
• Maintain treatment room to eco-property standards — organic cotton linens, natural product packaging, minimal waste protocol

Requirements

• Certified esthetician with genuine organic and clean beauty knowledge — product line literacy is essential
• 2+ years professional experience
• Strong English — Tulum's clients are international and conduct ingredient conversations in English
• Genuine eco-values alignment — Tulum's market detects performed environmentalism immediately
• Passion for botanical skincare science — the ability to explain why rosehip oil supports barrier repair, or how azelaic acid from rye fermentation reduces hyperpigmentation, is professional currency here
